- After sign-in on a fresh device, prompt to run the import using the account’s saved repo pointer—one clear action (e.g. single button).
- Hero data may already sync while corpus downloads; surface per spec “Heavy corpus, sync, and new devices.”
- Reuse pipeline from local materialization task.
